I love the combination of blueberries and cream cheese.💜 If you couldn't make the cake because you didn't have an oven, try it! Once you know how, you can use it to make other cakes. :) Then please enjoy it.💜 ------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶︎ Ingredients -Genoise (diameter 18cm x 3 pieces) 90g of cake flour 90g of sugar 3 eggs 5 ml vanilla extract 30ml of milk 20g of butter -Blueberry furee 200g of blueberry 40g of sugar 15 ml lemon juice 4g corn starch -For Topping 20-25 blueberries a little sugar powder -Cream cheese icing 250g of cream cheese 150ml of whipped cream 60g of sugar -Blueberry icing 200g of cream cheese icing made 60g of blueberry furee made ------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶︎ Recipe *Pre-works Please refrigerate the cream cheese. -Frozen whipped cream for 1 hour before use and let it be cold enough to get thin ice. -Put butter or spread baking paper on the pot before putting the dough into the pot. *Tips for increasing success rate! -Recommended to use a thick bottom pot when making puree or Ggenoise. -We recommend using a burner rather than a domestic gas stove. -Cream cheese icing, blueberry icing, and blueberry puree must be refrigerated before icing the cake. Making a blueberry puree 1.Put blueberries, sugar, and corn starch in a pot and boil over medium heat. 2.When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for about 10 minutes. 3. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. 4.Down the blueberries in a fine sieve, cool them down, and store them in the refrigerator until used. Make genoise with a pot 5.Put butter in milk and microwave and heat for 1 minute. 6. Divide 90g of sugar into egg whites three times and whipping to make soft meringue. 7.Add yolk and vanilla extract into the meringue and mix lightly. 8. Sieve the cake flour and mix again. 9. Mix a little bit of dough with the milk you heated and then put it back into the dough and mix it. 10.Put the finished dough in a pot and bake on the lowest heat for 1 hour. 11.Cool the finished cake sheet and cut it into 3 pieces evenly. Making cream cheese icing 12.Make cream cheese soft with a spatula. 13. Add sugar to the cream cheese and mix. 14.Divide 150ml of whipped cream frozen for 1 hour 3 times and whisk it with a whipping machine. 15. Keep the finished cream cheese icing in the refrigerator until you use it. Making blueberry icing 16.Put 200g of finished cream cheese icing separately. 17. Mix 60g of the blueberry puree in cream cheese icing. 18.Put finished blueberry icing in the refrigerator until used. Finish- 19.
