Soi 4 is one of these quiet Soi's where there is nothing but apartments and hotels. This location is ideal for those who prefer to stay away from the noise of nearby bars and still want to be close to everything. There are multiple shopping options within walking distance, such as Central Marina and Terminal 21. Additionally, several night markets are close to the hotel, including Pattaya Marina Night Market (250m), Runway Street Food (350m), and Chang Beach Party (800m). There are also multiple nightlife opportunities, and beer bars and Soi 6 is just 400 meters away (via Second Rd). Bella Villa Prima Guest Friendly? Yes, the hotel is guest friendly. No extra charge when you bring extra guests. Swimming pool and fitness center The swimming pool is located on the second floor, along with the fitness center. The pool is medium-sized, and there are around 10-15 sunbeds. There might be a lack of sunbeds in peak seasons, and people were reserving them. The fitness center is quite limited. While you can do basic dumbbell training with a bench, there are only light weights available, up to 10-12 kg. But, of course, it's better than nothing. Breakfast Restaurant on the ground floor serves basic breakfast. However, I did not test this time. For breakfast I walked to Terminal 21 Foodland Took Lae Dee restaurant which is open 24/7. Bella Villa Prima good value for money? If the price is around 30-35 USD per night then it's OK value for the money. If the price is above that you have multiple better choices in this same area, like Best Beach Villa, Hotel Vista, and Pattaya Blue Sky (see videos below).
