Wheeling took back the Cleveland sub from the CCR : W&LE 107 AC&Y heritage unit GP35 highhood

Up until a couple weeks ago the Cleveland and Cuyahoga Railroad (CCR) had been leasing the Cleveland Sub from Glenwillow Ohio to Cleveland from the W&LE. The W&LE took back the lease and now they send a local 663 out of Akron to pull the scrap steel from Cleveland. I've read that it goes to an electric arc mill on in Mingo Junction Ohio so the move will be more profitable if only handled by the W&LE. On 6/16/23 we got to Cleveland just in time to see WE 107 the AC&Y heritage engine departing Ferrous with 7 loads of various grades of scrap.
