This dessert was so satisfying to make, and it ended up looking beautiful. Recipe Cream Puffs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar 1 cup flour 4 eggs Put water, milk, butter, salt and sugar in medium sized pot, over low heat. Stir to melt butter. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until it forms a ball and pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking tray leaving room for expansion. Bake in 425*F oven for 25 minutes. They should look dry. Let cool… Blueberry Jam 2 cups blueberries 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp lemon juice Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Once it boils continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Strain into a bowl, and let cool. (There should be about 1/2 cup jam altogether) Blueberry Whipped Cream 1 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup white sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 2 tbsp skim milk powder Cooled blueberry jam Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks. Add the jam and milk powder and stir in until uniform. Pipe the finished whipped cream into the cream puffs. Sift icing sugar over the cream puffs and enjoy.
