Aegean Cruise - Santorini, Greece - Fira to Oia Hike

Well, its been awhile since I put out a video. And I still have plenty to catch up on from our trip to Greece this past August! And some other trips following that! But back to this one. Santorini is such a beautiful place! The views were just endless! I'm fairly confident in saying that there aren't many places if any you can go to and not have an epic view! Especially on the Caldera side of the island. We had one day here while on our Aegean Cruise with Norwegian. And we decided the best possible thing we could do to see as much of the Island as we could was to complete the Oia to Fira hike. And boy was that a great decision! Notice the title and what I just typed are opposite. Well, that's because we had originally planned to make the hike starting in Oia and working our way back to the port below Fira. We needed to catch a speed boat from Ol Port just below Fira to Oia. However, we didn't anticipate the typical opening times for most any business' in Greece to affect us. But it did! We got off our tender boats just before 8AM, only to find out that the boats don't start operating until about 9:30 or 10AM. Just so everyone is clear, that's typically when most Greeks seem to start their day lol! So no big deal! We hiked it from Fira to Oia and rode a public bus back! All good in the end!
