Battle of the brands Finally posting the 9 brand gym chalk comparison crush I posted on Instagram a few weeks ago! I never thought I’d be able to do it ever, because I dont buy chalk in bulk, but this time I did buy quite a few brands over the past few months, and have been hoarding a block of each brand for this special crush. There is OG Ader which i got in 2020. I also got the BSN in 2021, which was really cheap at that time. So here are my opinions about each brand specifically 1. Z-Athletic: This one I bought in 2020. It was one of my favorites. Amazing crunch, yet so soft 2. Prosource: It was soft, yes, but not my favorite texture 3. CAP: this chalk was a bit on the harder side, but it had a beautiful crunch to it. 4. MagKing: this chalk is also on the harder side, for me atleast, but I enjoyed the texture and the crunch 5. BSN: one of my absolute favorites. The powder was SUPER SOFT. But unfortunately it came broken, and it had zero crunch 6. Frank Endo: this chalk gave me a hard time. It was hard, but very crunchy 7. Chalkness monster: it was soft and dense. I really enjoyed it. I am sad i have never tried the OG chalkness though. 8. Ader: One of the best chalks i have ever crushed. Beautiful texture, beautiful crunch, very soft, and i was just totally in love. I hope they bring old Ader back 9. Rage: the hardest chalk i have ever crushed. It did give very nice glassy sounds though. Overall, my top three favorites are Ader, Z-Athletic and BSN. How about you guys? What are your top three favorite brands so far?
