I Had A Great Ride On My 2022 Trek Domane AL3 - And A Fantastic Scone!

It's been raining a lot lately, so when we got a dry sunny day, I took advantage and went for a ride on my Trek Domane AL3. I absolutely love riding this bike, as it fits me so well. I can ride for hours (I did) and not have even a hint of back pain. That's a concern for me, and it's really great to ride without any. The ride was enjoyable, even the climbs. I am not the best climber, but I am getting better. I've begun riding out of the saddle, which took some getting used to. But it really does help. Now I can climb most of the hills on my regular routes. I like that! This bike is the least modified in my collection. But not for long. I am considering upgrading the Sora cassette from 11 - 32 teeth to 11 – 34 teeth, to give myself an small extra climbing advantage. I'm also going to replace the stock 160mm Shimano disc rotors to Shimano Ice Tech rotors for increased stopping power.
