We got the first local look at the SCAD Savannah Film Studios phase two of the backlot! We spoke to Andra Reeve-Rabb, the Dean of Film & Acting at SCAD about the new innovations that were created to provide many opportunities for students and the industry to shoot. Not only are the exteriors beautifully made but the interiors are functional as well. There's climate control, sound control and light control. The main goal of phase two was to provide an urban exterior such as the bank and subway entrance as well as a wonderful street that contains a restaurant, flower shop, boutique, an alley way and a vintage gas station. SCAD isn't stopping here! Phase three is underway with a "back to the future" square. ✨🎭🎬🏢📸
