HOW TO HANG A BARN DOOR FROM THE CEILING- Pt3 in the Playroom Series- this video is sponsored by #Accuride and Power Pro Screws I had the hardest time finding a track for a barn door that would mount to a ceiling. I contacted Accuride and they helped me navigate their products and find one that would work for me. They suggested the 115RC or the 116. I chose the 115rc and it is a great system. I think if I had to do this again, I would choose the 116 as it’s a bit thicker and more robust system. However, I wanted a very lightweight system. I had the system come and ready to install, however it didn’t come with any attachment hardware for the cassettes. It came with the track and the the cassettes (slides) that install into the track. I needed to find a way to attach the wooden door to the cassettes and I needed to attach the track to the ceiling with my own hardware as well. So, this video I show you what I used and how I did it.
