The school has cultivated many influential artists including the famous Fauvism artist Henri Matisse, Cubism artist Fernand Léger, and Dadaism artist Marcel Duchamp. After joining Chanel as a member of the artistic team under Jacques Helleu, Matthieu Rochas went on to establish his own design firm called Since. While Matthieu Rochas continues to serve as Chanel’s exclusive external art consultant thereafter, he also collaborates with a lot of international luxury brands such as the LVMH group, shiseido, and Chloé. Matthieu Rochas integrates his keen sense of artistic aesthetics and uncompromising commitment to excellence into every design project. This philosophy aligns perfectly with Lung Yen, and together launch their new collaborative products in 2024 .
