-- Designed to connect to the rod conveyor leading from a chicken shed, the eggs from the chicken shed flow to the accumulator of the farm packer directly. -- Includes egg accumulating, head turning, orientating, counting and auto packing functions and can have the optional egg printer, UV sterilization and candling functions. -- Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed. -- The optional UV sterilization will sanitize the egg shell for maximum food security. -- Packs eggs into 5*6 trays automatically with a capacity of 30,000 eggs/hour. -- Eggs are transported to the candling section. You can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through LED lights by sight and remove them manually, a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results. -- Empty trays needs to be loaded onto the empty tray conveyor manually, the conveyor will transport the cartons/trays to where the eggs will drop from. -- It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs have been packed. -- It does NOT have a grading function.
