This scene takes place where Kayla and Yugi were sleeping in their room during a stormy rainy night, unaware that Weevil and Rex were trying to break in through the top window and steal all the millennium items including the millennium puzzle. kayla was the first to wake up to hear some scuffling from the roof and tho groggy from sleep she went over towards the sound that was over yugi’s desk wondering what’s going on till she hear crack on the window and looked up to see weevil and rex trying to break in. she screams loudly as the glass rain down on her while she shield her eyes from broken glass, yugi then woke up to hear kayla screaming and yelled at the thieves that took all the millennium items and ran away with them, kayla then told yugi that it was weevil and rex that stole them and went after them through the broken window much to his dismay and panic he then went to his closet to get his raincoat, went downstairs and chases after kayla, hoping that she was alright. meanwhile with kayla thanks to her quick speed she manages to caught up to weevil and rex and grabbed the bag with both hands, there was a bit of an intense struggle but she managed to make both of them flinch by swiping them with her claws and took the bag while running away from them. she ran as fast as she could but she hit dead end alleyway as weevil and rex soon caught up to her, she held the bag tightly in her arms while she hisses at them to stay away, thinking that she was done for until she saw yugi’s monsters protecting her. her purple hair bead had summoned them as it was glowing softly in the rainy storm and they both manifested into the real world to protect her. and that’s it, oof I’m still trying to get back into writing my fanfics but it’s hard so hope ya like it #yugioh #speedpaint #procreate
