A fairly obvious characteristic is that the bot uses throwable items like grenades and Molotov. My biggest worry is that if the bot uses Molotov cocktails, it will definitely attack indiscriminately, and that definitely happened in this video! 🤣 There's a bot that picks up melee weapons; I had this feature in my own gamemods.txt, but I later removed it because I felt that bots using guns would provide better support! The bot holding a melee weapon in this video is part of the L4B script. One of the features I dislike most about these bot plugins is that they change the types of weapons that survivor bots are supposed to use. This makes the bot's weapon usage more random; it will pick up any high-level weapon it encounters, even if it has plenty of ammunition. In the original game, the bots were configured with two bots using rifles, one using a shotgun, and one using a sniper rifle. I prefer the original game's design because having more people using rifles allows for better suppression of zombie hordes when attacking them. Because in my own weapon script, rifle bullets have strong penetrating power. In short, these plugins add some features that the original bot doesn't have, but they don't actually enhance the bot's capabilities.
