After 12 days of pushing, Thumbs Up & Sweets have a hard decision to make— do they push into the Smokies or take a day of rest first? In this episode, they have a little over 13 miles to hike to reach Fontana Dam—the southern base of the Smoky Mountains. After seeing a little frog on trail, they arrive at the dam and are blessed once again by a little trail magic from Fresh Grounds & the Leap Frog Cafe. Watch to find out their decision on whether to push forward or take a “zero day” for rest.
