Every fence comes with its own unique challenges. While installing fence at our local community garden, our Kencove crew encountered a situation that required building back-to-back braces, or double H braces. Double H braces require several special considerations including the direction and path of the diagonal brace wire. As a rule, the length of your H brace should be twice the finished height of your fence. Double H braces may be required when posts are not long enough for a single brace, with taller woven wire, with fences with more than 6 strands of high tensile, or in this case, when two braces fall right next to each other on the fence line. In this video we walk you step-by-step through constructing a double H brace from scratch. Products featured in this video can be found at http://www.kencove.com!
