Nougat - نوجا: Veggie, Gluten Free Shopping List: 2 Cups of Marshmallow Fluff 1.5 Cups Ground Crackers 1 Cup of Powder Sugar 1 Cup Nestle Fortified Milk 2 Tablespoons of Orange Blossom Water 2 Cups of Roasted Nuts 1 Cup of Cornstarch Preparation: Place marshmallow fluff, powder sugar, ground crackers, Nestle fortified milk and orange blossom water in a bowl and mix. Add roasted pistachios and mix. Method 1: Sprinkle cornstarch on a wax paper sheet. Form half the dough into a tube and place on the wax paper sheet. Sprinkle more cornstarch on the dough making sure that it is all cover with cornstarch to prevent it from sticking to the sheet. Roll the wax sheet around the tube. Repeat for the other half of the dough. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to hold it is shape. Unroll the wax paper and cut the dough into ½ inch pieces. Dip the pieces into cornstarch to prevent it from sticking to the plate. Arrange in a plate and server immediately. For storage, wrap with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated. Method 2: Sprinkle cornstarch on a pan and place a rice wafer sheet. Spread the dough on the rice paper and place another rice paper on top and press down to make a flat surface. Place in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut the dough into 1 inch squares. Arrange in a plate and server immediately.
