TW! Depression thru grief is real. It was literally the hardest and lowest point in my life and I had written a lot of scary things in that journal. To see the progression over the years has been beautiful.. but its crazy to think im JUST NOW starting to feel like I can finally fully heal & bloom into who I actually wanna be, no strings attached. Before yall ask, the black eye was by my damn self I literally was tweaking out having insane panic attacks and stuff, it was an awfuuulllll year. Im so blessed for my position today in 2025, all thanks to my own 10 toes.. I stayed down. Cried in the gym, said fuck my feelings, I have a plan and a goal. Im not even gonna stop myself. ✨ its a mindset. For you; New 60 Soft Challenge Starting August 18th! 🤎 Y’all said y’all wanted to join me on this next round of lock-in so here’s what we’re doing: • 5x beginner bodyweight workouts a week • 1 hour of focused deep work • Eat whole foods. Real, nourishing meals • 10,000 steps a day • 1 gallon of water • No substances (alcohol, tree, nicotine etc.) • 10 pages of a self-help book The only rule: Never miss 2 days in a row.
