Hong Kong Stopover | Victoria Peak Tram, Kam's Roast Goose & AIA Carnival

Hi everyone! After spending two nights in Hong Kong at the start of our trip, we flew to Japan for 7 days — and then came back to Hong Kong for one final night before heading home. Since we were only back for a short stopover, this part of the trip was low-key. We checked out the AIA Carnival by the harbour, attempted to eat at the famous Kam’s Roast Goose House (the line was over an hour) and ended our trip with a ride on the Victoria Peak Tram for one last skyline view before our flight.
