Have you ever seen someone this angry while cooking? Watch as I make a delicious Iranian Adas Polo (lentil rice with meat) in the most dramatic way possible! Spoiler alert: the food still turns out amazing. Don’t miss the funny moments and the tasty recipe! 🍽️ Ingredients: • Onion • Raisins • Rice • Walnuts • Lentils • Meat (your choice of cut) • Spices (such as salt, pepper, turmeric, or any preferred seasoning) Instructions: 1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan. 2. Dice the meat into small pieces and add it to the pan with the onions. Stir until well-cooked and browned. 3. Chop the walnuts and add them to the pan with the meat and onions. 4. Sauté the raisins with the onions and meat until they are well mixed and aromatic. 5. Cook the rice by boiling it and allowing the water to absorb, leaving the rice half-cooked. 6. Add the lentils to the mixture and cook for a few more minutes. 7. Mix everything together with the half-cooked rice until well combined. 8. Serve and enjoy your dish, in the name of God.
