Pochacco Steamed Buns | Hello Kitty Cooking Fun

Hello Friends! We’re going to show you how to make some steamed buns filled with banana custard in honor of our friend Pochacco! Subscribe to the channel for new weekly videos: http://bit.ly/HelloKittyFriends Materials Needed 1.5 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 cup of milk 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter 1.5 tablespoons of cake flour 0.25 cups of sugar 1 teaspoon of banana extract 3 egg yolks Black food coloring 3 tablespoons of sugar 1.5 cups of flour 4 grams of instant yeast 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 0.75 cups of lukewarm milk Edible markers (01:15) Step 1: Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl. Add in sifted dry ingredients. (01:30) Step 2: Slowly pour in the milk and whisk everything together and set aside (01:39 ) Step 3: Melt butter over medium heat and pour in the custard mixture. Add in banana extract. (01:59) Step 4: Add sugar and yeast into warm milk. (02:05) Step 5: Add flour to a bowl and pour in warm milk and vegetable oil (02:12) Step 6: Scoop out a quarter cup of dough and set aside. (02:16) Step 7: Knead for 8 minutes. Roll into a log and cut into equal pieces. (02:38) Step 8: Roll the dough into small circles and add a ball of banana custard. (02:53) Step 9: Cover in plastic wrap and let proof for an hour. (02:58) Step 10: Take the quarter cup of dough and add black food coloring. (03:08) Step 11: Cut two large tear drops for Pochacco’s ears (03:17) Step 12: Use water to attach his ears and a small amount of dough for his hair.
