We recommend you watch this episode if you're interested to know everything about the fully loaded trim: • 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV Premier Full Tour &... In this episode of TestDrive Spotlight we go over the changes for 2020 when it comes to the Chevy Bolt EV, such as the new Cayenne Orange Metallic paint optioned on this car, the 10% increase to the battery capacity which adds approximately 34km additional range for a total of 417km, along with HD resolution upgrades to the existing camera systems. Aside from that the Bolt EV hasn't changed since we drove it last, but we've driven a number of other consumer electrics in the price range and wanted to see if our opinion has changed. We go over the options and features that differ on this 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV LT over the Premier that we drove, including the different packages selected on this specific car. We then take the Bolt EV on a comprehensive real-world road test to talk about how this vehicle performed on our 100km test loop as we enter into the winter months here in Québec, Canada. The only other electric car we've driven in the early winter was the 2019 Hyundai Kona EV Ultimate, so we compare the energy economy directly with that. We then talk about how the Bolt EV performs, drives, handles, and rides compared to the other electrics we've driven, and some of the reasons you might want to consider this car today when there's so much on the market for about $45,000 CAD.
