I was satisfied with my second attempt.. I learned by "doing". I could have edited or omitted my mistakes but I wanted you guys to see nobody's perfect.. SHAN JUST A TRY A TING!!!! RUM AND RASINS ICE CREAM 600ml Whipping cream 3Quater - 1 Tin condensed milk 1/2 Cup of rasins soaked in rum 1 Table spoon of vanilla 1/4 Tea spoon mixed spice / cinnamon powder 1/4 Cup of rum cream SORREL CAKE 1 Cup of caster sugar 1 Cup of butter 1 and a1/4 Cup of flour( Self rising) 3 Eggs The zest of 1 lime/lemon 1 Table spoon vanilla 1/2 Tea spoon, mixed spice, vanilla and nutmeg. 1/2 Cup of sorrel coulis or extremely concentrated sorrel juice. Red food colouring ( opinional) COULIS I had boiled 100g of died sorrel in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Allowed it to cool then used my hand blender to bring it to a rich paste consistency. Then you can see how I did the coulis in the video.
