A Legendary Cocktail! || Irish Legend Cocktail Recipe

This is a legendary cocktail! I got the idea for this cocktail when I reviewed the “Legendary” whiskey from the Killowen Distillery, and wanted to find something to match it, and luckily I found this cocktail from the Tullamore DEW Website! This whiskey sour riff looks like it’s got a lot of ingredients, but it’s actually a nice simple whiskey cocktail to put together. Combining apple juice with lemon and lime, it’s a bit sweeter and softer than a classic whiskey sour, but still has plenty of citrus. The Crème de Cassis adds another layer of fruity sweetness which will win over anyone who isn’t too fond of whiskey sours. Those fruity flavours are all put together on top of a base of Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey which has a nice rich profile, as well as a touch of Amaretto to add another dimension to the recipe.
