This is me doing my freediving instructor training in Kalamata. Thank you Magnus for being my safety. this dive was only to 30 Meters or 99 Feet but I made a new personal best in Kalamata during the course of 40 Meters or 132 Feet, unfortunately have no video of that, as I had to concentrate too much on that dive and also the action cam I had was water resistent only to 30 Meters/99 Feet. But its really interesting, you see how you train freediving on the line with a buoey at the top, and a 10KG/22Pound weight on the bottom to keep the line straight. The total depth here where this video was taken was about 120 meters or 396 feet, but you see the visibility is about 20 meters or 66 feet. You see at the bottom that my lenyard stops me from falling further, after about 15 meters or 50 feet you dont need to kick any more with your fins, you just fall automatically. #freediving #GoogleThisHashtag #FreedivingKalamataGreece
