WW Cheesy chicken Enchiladas 9 points for 2 Enchiladas 2 cups of shredded chicken 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper 10 flour tortillas 3 tbsp of all purpose flour 3 tbsp of butter (I used Brummell and brown for lower points) 2 cups of chicken broth 1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt (if your not dieting you can use sour cream) 1 4oz can of green chiles 2 cups of reduced fat Mexican cheese, one cup goes in chicken mixture and the other cup goes on top after you put the sauce on . 350 for 25 minutes then broil for 2 minutes I hope you enjoy my videos and please share them with all your friends and family!
