For photojournalism, landscape and all round photography it is a beautiful lens. But really, if all they do is add OIS, a Linear Motor, and make it smaller and lighter without crushing the character of the lens I will be happy. Just don't stuff it by being clinically sharp, larger, and heavier. This lens is insane, and it's perfect for photographers who demand the best quality in their images.
