We spent 3 nights in Honolulu during our Hawaii trip, 2 at the start of our holiday and 1 at the end, and it was the perfect way to experience the island of Oʻahu! On our first stay, we checked into The Twin Fin Hotel, located right on the beachfront of Waikiki. The views were stunning and the location couldn’t have been better. We explored Waikiki Beach, grabbed drinks at the ABC store, and had a bite at The Cheesecake Factory before shopping around. That evening, we headed to Hua Tree for a beautiful sunset dinner before catching the famous Friday Night Fireworks outside the Hilton, a must-do, especially if you can enjoy them while swimming under the warm night sky! The next day we picked up an iconic convertible for a coastal drive. We started with the famous malasadas from Leonard’s Bakery (they live up to the hype!) before exploring scenic lookouts and discovering Kaaawa Beach, one of my new favorite spots with crystal-clear waters, palm trees, and mountains in the backdrop. We stopped at Kahuku food trucks for the legendary Giovanni’s Shrimp and fresh pineapple drinks before continuing our drive along Oʻahu’s breathtaking roads. That evening, we had dinner at the Manalo Lounge at the Four Seasons, where the team even helped us capture the perfect sunset photos. Driving back to Waikiki with the roof down was such a highlight. After visiting Kauai and the Big Island, we returned to Honolulu for our final night, staying at the Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki Hotel, the perfect spot without a car, since everything was within walking distance. We spent the day shopping, enjoying sorbet, and trying Raising Cane’s and Chick-fil-A before ending the trip with the incredible Germaine Luau experience (fun fact: it’s where Lilo & Stitch was filmed!). With dinner, drinks, cultural performances, and the most stunning oceanfront setting, it was the perfect finale to our Hawaii holiday. ✨ More Hawaii vlogs are coming soon — including our adventures in Kauai and the Big Island!
