Video taken during the actual party:    • Realtime laser demo - Euskal Encounter 18   This was my entry into the Euskal Encounter 18 Wild Compo, a laser demo created with DIY hardware and software and fully rendered in real time. The demo is a joint effort between thEpOpE and I; he created the audio, introduced me to the art of demomaking, and guided me throughout the process. Without his help this would've just been two crappy effects with no audio :) The framework is now open source and is called OpenLase. Check out marcansoft.com/openlase for more info! Unfortunately, my laser scanner broke down soon after the projection. I finally got the parts to fix it, so I can finally upload a proper video. Of course, the camera doesn't really do it justice (for example, at the beginning, instead of blooming greenish dots, imagine ridiculously bright sharp laser dots instead).
