Lift details include: 1) Incline Dumbbell Press – 65lbs x 4 (PR was 70lbs x4) 2) Weighted Pull-ups with palms facing in (25lbs x 3 almost) 3) One Arm Rows (NO straps) – 70lbsx 4 (form started messing up at 4th rep so no strap rows should be 65lbs for me.
