Ingredients: 1 cup roasted peanuts 1 & 1/2 cup finely chopped dates 1 tbsp cocoa powder Method: 1. Start by taking a mixer jar and adding 1 cup of roasted peanuts. Grind them into a coarse powder and transfer it into a bowl. 2. Now, in the same mixer jar, add 1 & 1/2 cups of finely chopped dates, and grind them into a smooth paste. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut powder, cocoa powder, and dates paste. Mix these ingredients thoroughly until they form a uniform mixture. 4. Take a mold and line it with butter paper. Transfer the prepared peanut and dates paste into the mold, spreading it evenly with the help of a spoon. 5. Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it chill for 1 hour. Once chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and place it on a chopping board. Cut it into bar shapes. Your delicious Energy-Boosting Peanut Dates Bars are now ready to be served!
