After hanging out with the guys from BangBang BBQ at the Helsinki Burger Lovers Festival all day, the best way to end the day is eat some more meat. BangBang BBQ, located in the Kamppi Shopping Center in Central Helsinki was only a very short walk from Railway Square. Started off with the Jalapeño Poppers (Cream cheese filled Jalapeno Peppers), then it was time for the main show. The Pitmaster Platter with a side order of Triple cheese Mac & Cheese. The Platter consists of, Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked and Shredded Chicken, marinated with Maker’s Mark and BangBang BBQ-Sauce, Smoked Pork Belly, Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs, Pink Coleslaw, Pickled Cucumbers, Cornbread and a choice of 5 House Sauces. I should stress, this was not the normal serving size, I think all references to normal portion sizes were thrown out the door... However, the challenge was accepted, AND I WON!!!
