Little's Area | Kiesselbach Plexus | Kiesselbach’s Area | Kiesselbach’s Triangle Little’s area is found on the anterior inferior of the nasal septum just above the vestibule. It is a vascular network that supply oxygenated blood to the anterior inferior part of the nasal septum. This vascular area is the most common site of nose bleed in children and young adults. What arteries make up Kiesselbach plexus? Formed by an anastomosis of 5 arteries: Anterior Ethmoidal artery -a branch of ophthalmic artery. Posterior ethmoidal artery - a branch of ophthalmic artery. Septal branch of superior labial artery - a branch of facial artery. Septal branch of Sphenopalatine artery - a branch of maxillary artery. Greater palatine artery - a branch of maxillary artery.
