Today I am telling you all the legend of Búvár Kund which takes place in Bratislava aka Pozsony aka Pressburg and is one of the most incredible legends from the Hungarian archives as far as I am concerned. Now of course Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia. But back in the day it served as the capital of the Hungarian kingdom for many years. And it has always been a vitally important city strategically for a whole number of peoples, including Germans. That is one of the things that I like about Slovakia, is that it has quite a multicultural history. And Bratislava exemplifies this. Such a beautiful, jewel box city. Of course, I visited when the weather was a bit rougher, but even so it proved to be a terrific place with tons to offer.
