2026 is here, and I wanted to have a real, honest conversation. How do we recharge when we’re tired… when we’re wearing so many hats — wife, mom, nurse, businesswoman, caregiver — and still trying to show up, succeed, and reach our goals? In this video, I’m sitting down at my kitchen table just talking from the heart about resetting, recharging, and giving ourselves grace. Feeling tired is normal. Feeling overwhelmed is normal. But it’s not okay when we don’t acknowledge it or do anything about it. For me, one of my personal resets is fasting and praying (something I usually do every few months), but I know that looks different for everyone. So I want to know: How are you recharging?
