Hi everyone! Welcome to Geeksvana! Today, I will be flying my Mavic Air at an Orthadox Christian Monastery in Surrey, UK. It is a fascinating place, set within one of Europe's largest cemeteries. This is actually my second flight here, the first took place in 2017 with an older Parrot drone, check the channel videos to watch the flight from that day. The Saint Edward Brotherhood was established at Brookwood in 1982 to prepare and care for the church in which the sacred relics of Saint Edward the Martyr are now enshrined. The Monastics support themselves financially by candle and incense making and bookbinding. The brotherhood also administers the Orthodox Aid Fund through which it makes donations to church, humanitarian and environmental causes worldwide. They are a friendly and welcoming group who have always shown me, someone who is not a member of their church, kindness and humor.
