The new JAECOO 5 EV is now available for sale in Europe, starting with Spain. The JAECOO 5 EV features an advanced propulsion system that incorporates innovative technologies. The sophisticated electric motor, developed and developed in-house, delivers 155 kW and 288 Nm of torque to the front wheels. Featuring "Flat Wire 3-in-1" technology, it features a core equipped with flat wire windings. Another key to its high performance and low energy consumption is its intelligent thermal management and oil cooling system. This system is powered by a long-life lithium-iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 60.9 kWh. Thanks to its high maximum charging power of 130 kW, it can be recharged from 30% to 80% in 28 minutes. In addition, the JAECOO 5 EV features an efficient regeneration system that can be adjusted to three levels. Like the gasoline version, the JAECOO 5 EV also offers different driving modes. The JAECOO 5 EV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 175 km/h.
