The Morane Saulnier MS 406 is an aircraft first built in 1938 in France and was France's most numerous fighter during World War II. It was one of only two French aircraft that could top 400 kph (200 mph). This kit has Russian decals in it, but after looking at its operational history on Wikipedia (knowing as well that Wikipedia is not always correct and accurate), I dont see that it was ever used by the Russians. Finland used it against the Russian in Both the Winter War and the Continuation War and were pretty successful with it, Its armament consisted of a 20 mm Hispano Suiza HS 404 Cannon and two 7,5mm MAC 1934 Machine Guns, which was considered under-powered at the onset of the war. In comparison, the Bf 109 had a 20 mm Hub mounted cannon and two 13 mm Machine Guns, and that was upgraded in the run of the war, later versions had a hub mounted 30 mm cannon and could carry 20 mm cannons on the wings. This difference in Firepower made a big difference in air battles, and the same lack of firepower existed on ground vehicles, and this led quickly to the fall of France. This model kit looks really nicely detailed, even if the instructions look a bit retro, but also simple. I have never even heard of Admiral models, even though you would think they would make Navy subjects, but after seeing this kit, their kits may require further investigation, because this one is not so bad, even though it does need some work, I would say the price to quality is pretty good.
