Our first day in Jeju continues… In this vlog, we explore Seongsan Ilchulbong, one of Jeju’s most iconic landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, formed by a volcanic eruption over 5,000 years ago. From climbing to the summit with freezing winter winds, to walking along the breathtaking cliffside path, this place truly shows how nature turns destruction into beauty! We caught the sunset, rushed to nearby Gwangchigi Beach, accidentally got lost in a canola field, and learned that sometimes getting lost leads to better destinations. Even though the famous mossy rocks were hidden due to the tide, the black sand beach and the distant view of Seongsan Ilchulbong felt absolutely enchanting. The day ended with Jeju street food at Olleh Night Market, souvenir shopping (yes, Jeju chocolates are a must!), and a comforting bowl of Maeuntang (spicy fish soup)—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.
