Hateruma Island is the southernmost inhabited island in Japan. There is an island that is more south than this one, but that is a desert island. Normally, when travellers talk about the southernmost point of Japan, we refer to Hateruma Island.　 This time, I went to Japan's southernmost point. Due to the hotness and my laptop being so slow, I gave up putting voice over so the video is a bit boring but hope you find it interesting.
