Here's a video that will show you the best sniping locations / spots in RUST. Even though RUST is using procedural generated map which creates random map every time a server resets, the map and terrain will be randomly generated, but the monuments shape, size, number of rooms, etc are still the same. In this video, we're inventing these Sniping Locations based on clever mechanics provided by the game. There are a few important points to be great at sniping and having that perfect spot and timing while sniping as below: 1. Create multiple bases (1 main base and 1 tower base); Don't store any LOOT on your tower base 0:00 2. Create a tower base facing the choke point of a monument (i.e Dome pipe entrance, Mining Outpost Recycler, Airfield Hangar, Oxium Gas Station Garage etc) 3. Put your best sniping rifle, scope and some ammo on your tower base to start hunting. If your tower base is raided, you can always resupply from your main base - 4:26 4. Get used to your weapon and ammo i.e Normal Ammo , High Velocity (HV) ammo 5. Use a Chair and sit on it while sniping to have No Sway and No Recoil while sniping - 5:43 6.
