In my country, we call this market ukay-ukay or ukay-ukayan because you need to scourge the items laid on the floor or on the ground for sale to find the best style, color, and quality. Haraj is a place where you can buy 2nd hand items, from clothing to electrical, electronics, sporting kitchen, dining utensils, and house furniture. Some things are sold brand new, but most are 2nd hand items, especially those with signature brands, while the brand new ones are primarily unbranded.
