Planting our new bare root Iris rhizomes in the garden.

🌷🌷 Video Information 🌷🌷 Today I take you along and show you the steps to planting bare root iris rhizomes. The two varieties that I chose to plant are Iris germanica 'Harvest of Memories' and 'Presby's Crown Jewel'. Both these are bearded reblooming types. It was just a matter of soaking the roots first and then getting them planted outside. You would follow these procedures for a bareroot type Iris although the same principles (minus soaking) could )be used for freshly dug Irises.
