For the Channa Filling: 1 1/2 cups dry channa, chick peas or garbanzo beans, soaked in water, 1/2 tsp baking soda and baking powder overnight. - Boil until nice and tender in salt and 1 tsp baking soda salt 1/4 cup green seasoning 2 leaves of shadon beni or bandhania, chopped 1 tsp curry powder+1 tsp roasted ground geera+1/2 tsp ground black massala+ 1/2 ts turmeric powder 8-10 cloves of garlic, minced 1 hot pepper 1 onion, diced oil Trini Cheese (New Zealand Cheddar) Like, Subscribe and Leave me comments- I want to hear from you!
