In this video I'm going to show you How to Cook Mackerel Sardines in oil. This channel that you are watching right now gives you tips , easy and simple ways on How to Cook your favorite dishes with ingredients that are readily available in the marketplace and groceries stores nearby.You can also watch some of my videos listed balow. 1.) Sardines in tomato sauce 2.) Batangas Beef Adobo sa Antipolo 3.) Ginataang langka ( Bakit hindi masarap ) 4.) Chicken Adobo sa gata with lemongrass. INGRDIENTS : 1.) 1 Kg. = Mackerel 2.) 2 cups = Brine Solition (2 cups water, 2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp oil and 1 tsp msg.) 3.) 5 cups = water for boiling you are going to use pressure cooker , rack , glass jar or any glass container that fits for you to use., aluminum. foil and string to tie around the aluminum cover. PROCEDURE : 1.) Wash and clean the mackerel , remove its heads, tails and fins. 2.) In the glass jars or containers, arrange the fish first , then add the brine solution, and 2 tbsp of oil then cover with aluminum foil then tie it to seal the glass jars. 3.) Using pressure cooker , place the rack at the bottom, put 5 cups of water for boiling, and on top of the rack put the glass jars and cover the pressure cooker.make sure it is properly locked. 4.) Click on the stove and allow it to boil for at least 5.minutes or until the pressure regulator rotates and produces a sizzling sound then lower the heat and leave it boiling for an hour and half the put off the heat and it's done ! 6.) Let it cool before opening the pressure cooker. Reminder : Do not force open the pressure cooker while it is still very hot otherwise it will explode and hurt you. 7.) When it is already cold, remove the glass jars and transfer to your table.It is now ready for serving.
