After that setback, I upgraded to Hipshot bass tuners, renowned for their precision and reliability. I also swapped out the single coil pickup for a powerful Lil Killer humbucker pickup to achieve a richer, thicker tone, and added strap locks to keep my bass securely in place while jamming. Despite all these epic upgrades, I struggled to get it to intonate correctly, which was super frustrating.
