Make the most delicious and melt-in-mouth Gulab Jamun at home with this easy recipe! 😍 Prepared with paneer, khoya (mawa), milk powder and soaked in aromatic cardamom-cinnamon sugar syrup, these Gulab Jamuns are perfect for festivals, parties, or whenever your sweet tooth calls. ✨ 👉 Ingredients: For Gulab Jamun: 1 cup paneer (grated) ½ cup khoya / mawa (crumbled) 3 tbsp milk powder 2 tbsp milk (or as needed for soft dough) ½ tsp baking powder Oil / ghee – for frying For Sugar Syrup: 2 cups sugar 2 cups water 3–4 green cardamoms (crushed) 1 small cinnamon stick ½ tsp rose water (optional) 👉 Method: Prepare Sugar Syrup: In a pan, add sugar, water, cardamom, and cinnamon. Boil till slightly sticky (1-string consistency). Keep warm. Make Dough: In a bowl, mix grated paneer, khoya, milk powder, baking powder & milk. Knead gently into a soft dough. Rest for 10 mins. Shape Balls: Make smooth, crack-free small balls. Fry Gulab Jamuns: Heat oil/ghee on low-medium flame. Fry balls till golden brown. Soak: Immediately transfer into warm sugar syrup. Let soak for at least 2 hrs.
