From Self-Doubt to Co-Founder: My Confidence Growth Journey

If you feel frustrated and stuck in your life you should watch this video. I used to be cripplingly shy, deeply insecure and a chronic people pleaser. For most of my life actually. I’m 33 now and didn’t start making changes and working on those parts of myself until I was about 26 years old. I’ve done a lot of work to understand myself and push myself which has all resulted in my confidence growing. In this video, I share my journey from insecurity to becoming a confident business owner. I share the key moments that changed my perspective and motivated me to change my life and my mindset.
