Cam follower 2.0 TFSI | Cam Follower inspection | How to remove HPFP | North Coast Workshop

Today we are looking at the Cam Follower for a 2.0 TFSI, carrying out a Cam follower inspection, to check the condition of it, and see if it needs replaced. The life expectancy of the cam follower can vary depending on many different conditions it is be subjected to (Tuned engines, Uprated HPFP, different quality of engine oils, plus many more). The main thing is to be aware of its condition at the time of each service, and replace if showing heavy signs of wear. Some last 10k miles, others last 100k miles.
