Sometimes this beach is also called Praia dos Três Penecos (Beach of Three Rocks), and you'll see why when you get a glimpse of the pretty cool rock formations the jut out of the pristine clear blue water! This is a pretty easy beach to get to, just a few clicks from Albufeira, and a pretty large parking area offers access to the beach. There's a beach bar for some food and drink, or bring your own! It's more of a mellow beach day, the cliffjumping we have been accustomed to over at the Lagoa beaches isn't available here (but there is some cliffjumping nearby!), but the scenery is pretty impressive and you can swim on over to some hidden beaches in the hidden coves - one of the things I love about these Algarve beaches!
