CataractCoach™1825: the problem with one haptic in sulcus and one in the bag

This patient has femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery with placement of a trifocal IOL two years ago. And while the patient initially did well, the IOL became dislocated and that negatively affected the vision. This photo shows the superior haptic (right side of pic) inside the capsular bag while the inferior haptic (left side of pic) is in the sulcus. There is also capsular contraction, a central posterior capsule break, and vitreous prolapse coming around the optic into the anterior segment.
